Smoothies are definitely going to offer a general boost to our energy and we tend to mix them in order to benefit from all their healthy ingredients. Mixing smoothies can be as creative as we want it to be by using all our favorite fruits, vegetables and add-ins; however, we can always search and follow some tested and mind-blowing recipes of smoothies and green juices to taste. Our drink can literally be mixed exactly the way we like to enjoy it. 1. Minted Fruit-Cocktail Juice Recipe

For this recipe we are going to need:

  • 1 apple, peeled, sliced and cored
  • 1 peeled orange, and divided
  • cup pineapple
  • 2 cups of cubed and seeded watermelon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • small sprig of fresh mint

In the beginning, we juice the orange and the apple and then mix them with the pineapple. Afterwards, we use a blender in which we will transfer the juice and then add the lemon juice, the watermelon and mint. Mix with the blender until smooth. 

2. Matcha Pear Green Protein Smoothie Recipe

For this recipe we are going to need:

  • 2 scoops of Protein in vanilla powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cored pear 
  • teaspoon of matcha tea powder

We use a blender to mix until smooth, after we combine all the ingredients first.

3. Spinach Orange Smoothie Recipe

For this recipe we are going to need:

  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • peeled banana
  • 1 cup of packed organic spinach
  • ¼ cup of coconut water (we can adjust it according to our preference)
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional)
  • Ice

First, we add all the ingredients and a few ice cubes to the blender and we mix them. Then, we add more coconut water to make achieve the desired consistency of our drink.

4. Green Goddess Juice Recipe

For this recipe we are going to need:

  • peeled and sliced cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 peeled and sliced apple
  • 1 peeled and sliced pear
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

First of all, we juice all the ingredients in a good manner order, leaving the lemon juice last. In case we think our juice is too thick, we can add some water in our juicer to dilute the final product.

5. Ginger-Orange Green Smoothie Recipe

For this recipe we are going to need:

  • 1 & cups of filtered water
  • 4 large handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 4 romaine leaves (optional)
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1’’-2’’ knob of fresh ginger
  • 1 cucumber (optional) *if not organic, then peel

First, we should rinse and prepare the vegetables. In case we have a high-powered blender, we throw all the ingredients in and blend to be smooth. If we don’t have such a blender, then we first blend the spinach and romaine until smooth. After this is done, we add the remaining ingredients and blend.

6. Paradise Smoothie Recipe

For this recipe we are going to need:

  • 4/5 slices of pineapple
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 peeled, oranges or tangerines, and sectioned
  • 1 generous handful of berries (our choice)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 handful of ice

First, we juice pineapple and oranges while adding some of water in order to get all the yummy bits out. Then we transfer the juice to the blender and add the remaining ingredients, starting on low first to break the ice. Finally, we crank up to the high until smooth. 

7. Easy Being Green Juice Recipe

For this recipe we are going to need:

  • 2 green apples, peeled, sliced and coed
  • 1 cup of honeydew-melon, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of green grapes (seedless)
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale
  • 1 peeled, kiwi and sliced
  • peeled cucumber, peeled and sliced

We juice all these ingredients properly and drink right away. It is best if we had put the fruit in the fridge today there for some minutes or hours.
